Dealer Warranty Policy
At X-7SEVEN, we are committed to supporting our global dealer network with high-quality products and responsive after-sales service. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to our LED headlight products.
- All X-7SEVEN LED headlight products come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date the end customer receives the goods.
- The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
Exclusions:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., LED failure, fan malfunction)
- Built-in decoder issues when installed in supported vehicle models
- Quality problems under normal usage (non-accidental, non-modified)
Exceptions:
- Improper Installation – Including reversed polarity, wiring errors, or physical force causing damage.
- Unauthorized Modifications – Disassembly, seal tampering, third-party repair or rewiring voids the warranty.
- External Damage – Water ingress due to improper sealing, voltage surges, or mechanical impact.
- Decoder Compatibility – Vehicles with complex CANBUS systems or updated ECUs may require additional decoders not included in standard kits. Compatibility issues from such changes are not considered product defects.
- Cosmetic Wear – Minor scratches, housing discoloration, or package damage that does not affect product performance.
- Force Majeure or Extreme Conditions – Use in racing, industrial machinery, or high-vibration environments without a product specified for such applications.
Warranty Claim Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient warranty claim process, please provide the following information before requesting replacements:
- Order ID (#X7SEVEN...)
- Vehicle make/model and year
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer:
- Free replacement units, depending on the case and volume
- Fast response and flexible support for bulk returns or region-specific issues
