Our story began when we started our factory back in 2013. At that time, we specialized in manufacturing premium-quality OEM headlights. Our customers were other well-known brands, and we strove to serve them with excellence. We had no idea how much our business path would evolve.

While our customers were excellent at what they did, one of their weak links lay in their customer service. Seeing the results of poor interaction firsthand, we discovered a distinctive gap between current and optimal customer service. From this realization, we saw an opportunity to fulfill a need: to provide best-in-class customer service, thereby increasing the reputation and trustworthiness of the industry. We already had the highest caliber product and decided to bring that same commitment and dedication to customer service.

In 2018, we realized that we should have our brand and become innovative in this field. So in 2019, we registered our American brand X-7SEVEN and adhered to the USA's technology design style and quality control. After more than 12 Years of R&D experience and rich experience in reselling and distributing, nowadays, we now have 2 offline stores in Anaheim, California, and exclusive distributors in India, Honduras, Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago, Pakistan, Vietnam, Guam, and so on. We are not only the top seller on Aliexpress, Lazada, Shopee, but also have been serving OEM customers of around 500 people. Most of them are retailers and dealers.
